I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to the team at Silver Fern Coachlines, absolutely blown away at the service that we received over the 3 days.
Super impressed with the punctuality of the drivers, to the state of the buses and how clean and safe they were and most of all, the friendly smiles of the drivers which made our leaders and kids feel so welcomed onto the buses, and all of this made for such a smooth run for our Kids Programmes.
Pete was amazing to deal with, and no request was too hard for him and the team. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience when we had a slight change in timings or pick up locations (moving from one side of Quay St to the other).
I could rave on and on about it as I was really impressed. So please pass on our thanks to the team, you guys were wonderful!!

I just wanted to once again express what an incredible experience we had working with your company. I completely agree with everything Manuao shared below, but I'd also like to add that I've never seen bus drivers who cared so genuinely about the wellbeing of the children. On top of that, this was the first time we've had buses that were in such pristine condition, complete with interior lighting. We were incredibly impressed by the professionalism, care, and attention your entire team showed throughout the week.

Verona Student Travel
Last week, my tour group had the pleasure of having Tui as our coach driver in Auckland and New Zealand. We cannot say enough great things about him!
Not only was he a true professional who greeted us with a and did everything he could to make our experience positive, he also became a treasured member of our group.
Tui jumped in to provide amazing facts and stories about Auckland. His contributions helped all the students and teachers to truly understand and admire the city’s history and culture.
As we approached Rotorua, he shared engaging stories of his family and the history of the area. He was able to tell us what existed there before the development changed the landscape. We all felt closer to the land as a result of his stories. He made our experience more personal, educational, and enjoyable.
He was deeply considerate, offering perspective and advice. When I almost walked off the coach without a jacket at one point, he stopped me from making that big mistake. It was apparent that he truly cared about all of us.
Tui went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. He is a credit to your organization.
My students were sad to leave New Zealand and Tui. He made the experience so special for all of us. You have a gem of a man on your staff. We are all fortunate that he was part of our family for those couple days.

I wish to congratulate Driver Grahame on his excellent commentary whilst travelling around the town, and his kind help pushing me in a wheelchair at the Auckland museum.
I am physically challenged and was not correctly informed that the excursion by NCL SPIRIT entailed a lot of long distance walking. Grahame organised the wheelchair and pushed me around the tour at the museum. I believe this was in his break, and not in his job description. I did thank him profusely.
He is a hero, and a great asset to to company.

I want to reach out and say a massive thanks for your help leading up to the event and for the service on the day. All your drivers were lovely, coaches were very well kept and comfortable, and your service was reliable.
I have had trouble with other transport companies in the past so always get a bit nervous when I need to arrange transport for a large number of guests, but your service was an absolute breeze and I will not hesitate to reach out to you again for future events.

Waiuku Primary School
I just wanted to thank you again for the great service you, Pete and your company provided Hub 1 yesterday on the trip to Bounce and the Due Drop Events Centre. We love your coaches! They are comfy, roomy, modern and clean. We really appreciate that a seat belt is provided for each child in their own seat. The icing on the cake was being able to watch Kung Fu Panda on the screens above. It made for a very easy trip back home.

Director of Music / NZ Music Tour
We would like to thank you for the incredible service that your two bus drivers, Pete Simpkin and Aaron, gave us on our NZ Music Tour from 23/6 - 1/7 (booked through World Strides)Our drivers were always smiling, always punctual, always patient and always helpful. The buses were well-equipped, clean and the drivers were so good at helping us stow all the equipment and instruments under the bus multiple times a day. Pete and Aaron made our trip so smooth and easy and the students absolutely loved them. They are still boasting about who got selfies with the bus drivers and at the end of our trip, we took a whole school photo with both bus drivers as a memento. We are sending over a small package with some school merchandise and a thank you card for each driver.
