What’s next? Getting your guests there and back safely, on time, and ready to celebrate.

Here is everything you need to know about booking wedding transport:

Pick-up Locations: Keep it central and accessible for both guests and coaches. If you have out-of-towners, directing everyone to a specific central hotel works brilliantly. We strongly recommend keeping it simple - one location is ideal, two is easy, and three is our absolute maximum to avoid delays. Need ideas for bus-friendly locations? We do this every day and are happy to help!

Smarter Timing: Make sure you know when your venue's doors open, typically it's 30 minutes before the ceremony. Aim for your guests to arrive 15 to 25 minutes prior to the start time, giving everyone a comfortable buffer to settle in and find their seats before you walk down the aisle. We’ll help calculate travel times based on your venue. Just remember: set firm departure times and remind guests the bus will depart on schedule—the ceremony won't wait! Moving between separate ceremony and reception sites? We can build a custom schedule for that, too.

Guest Numbers & Vehicle Sizes: You won't know exact numbers until RSVPs are in, and that’s completely fine! Take an educated guess for now and we’ll pencil in a coach. About a month out, we’ll finalize vehicle sizes—whether you need a 45-seater, 50-seater, wheelchair-accessible bus, or a plush touring coach. Tip: It’s always better to have a few extra seats than to leave someone behind! Once confirmed, we’ll invoice you; full payment is required prior to the big day.

Tailored Costing & Pricing: Because every wedding is unique, there’s no "one-size-fits-all" quote. We customise our pricing based on your specific plans. Key factors that influence the total cost include:
o Vehicle Selection: The size, type, and number of coaches booked.
o Travel Distance: Remote, rural, or hard-to-reach venue locations.
o Itinerary Complexity: Having separate locations for your ceremony and reception.
o Schedule: Booking early-bird return shuttles alongside late-night runs.
Appoint a “Bus Monitor”: You’ll be busy on the day, so pick a trusted guest catching the coach and appoint them Bus Monitor. They’ll liaise with the driver, give the signal to depart, act as an icebreaker for guests who haven't met, and control the Spotify playlist! (BYO Speaker)

End-of-Night Transfers: Enjoy the night knowing everyone will get home safely. If some guests want to leave early while others party late, ask us about setting up staggered shuttle departure times.

A Gentle Reminder: No alcohol is permitted on board our vehicles—it is illegal for both us and the venue. Please remind your guests so they don't accidentally walk out glass-in-hand and face an awkward conversation with the driver.
